Packaging, Shipping and Refunds

Packing and Shipping: Your new painting will ship in an appropriate package or crate. I prepare my art work for shipping following traditional guidelines for handling, packaging and shipping art work. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged Packages: If, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, I will refund your purchase. To initiate a refund, e-mail: photographs of the package damage; photographs of the art work damage; and any other relevant information or documents (ie. a note from the shipping provider).

Expectations: If, in the unlikely event your delivered artwork is: something other than you had expected; or if it doesn't look or fit as well into it's intended location; or if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase; I will refund the purchase after I have received the artwork back in my studio undamaged and the customer agrees to cover the cost of the return shipping.
